I am though very dissatisfied about the service I've been receiving from TaxiCode it's self. You have cost me money time and loads of stress. You've canceled me twice within the hour on two very important rides that caused me to miss ferry's and reservation. This is completely unacceptable. When you book someone you need to inform them whether a driver is assigned to me or not. I need to know if I should be looking for alternatives. You really caused me some huge inconveniences."
