"The taxi company was great, driver incredibly helpful, we were under a great deal of stress as trains canceled & needed to get to the airport. However they said a sedan car not available to carry 3 people & 3 suitcases so we needed to pay an extra £15 for a minivan then our pick up train station changed so that was an extra £15 so all in all we paid £58 for a 20 mile journey. I'm not blaming the taxi company, I feel if I had booked direct with them it would have been considerably less & by booking through the taxi code app I was charged more. We didn't really have a choice as needed to get to the airport. Our driver was great, friendly & very helpful. "
